Strata Plus provides specialist strata management in Sydney and throughout NSW. We provide tailored management solutions for strata schemes, building management committees and community associations.
Established in 2001, Strata Plus has become a leader in strata management with an award-winning team led by David Ferguson, Managing Director and Olivera Ferguson, Executive Director. Our company employs 50 staff across our five offices which are located in Central Sydney, Parramatta, Newcastle, Tweed Heads and Port Stephens in New South Wales.
Our point of difference is our highly skilled teams who place our clients first and champion innovative thinking and problem solving. Our specialist strata managers are all licensed and receive continual specialist training in building management committees, community associations, precincts, and co-operatives. They are backed by a well-trained and qualified support team including strata assistants, compliance officers and trust accountants.
