Strata Plus Pty Ltd in conjunction with Australand Management Services Pty Ltd and Discovery Point Group of Companies Pty Ltd are delighted to announce the launch date for the Discovery Point websites as:
Saturday 2nd September 2006 at 11:00am

All owners of Greenbank and Discovery Point are invited to attend.
The event will consist of a short presentation on the Discovery Point websites:

and the Greenbank quarterly newsletter "The Greenbank Gazette".
The event will also see the introduction of the "Discovery Point Information and Interaction Program".
Strata Plus Pty Ltd and Australand Management Services Pty Ltd have co-ordinated to develop an owner information and interaction program, providing a new and innovative management support structure for the owners of Discovery Point.
The program features include a dedicated on-site availability of both the strata managing agent and the building manager for a pre-set period of one hour every second week to provide owners with direct, one on one access to their management team in a location convenient to you.
The program is deigned to encourage interaction with owners with a view to identifying and resolving day-to-day management issues.
