We recently changed to Strata Plus as the managers we were with started charging for absolutely everything. As customers we were paying double the amount of fees because of the add on’s. Everything is going great so far but its only been a few months.

Supportive Management

We have found our current strata manager to be very supportive and to take an active role in assisting with our building defects and rectification works at Kings Court. They has taken the time to speak to owners and managing agents that fail to attend meetings or read notices and only respond when they receive the levy notice. All emails and calls are responded to as required. Thank you for your efforts.

Compared to our previous strata managing agents Strata Plus have been good to work with. Thank you to the team at Strata Plus. Thank you for responding to our phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
So often good work goes unrecognised. I am taking the time to notice decent work by decent people.

Hard working, responsive

As a member of the commitee I have found that their agent has been a very hard working, friendly and co-operative manager who has been faced with a barrage of ongoing crises ( plumbing, sewerage, rats, undesirable tenants) and handled them as well as anyone could be expected to and much better than any strata manager the building has had in at least 15 years ( which of course is part of the problem, there are a lot of problems not dealt with by the previous strata managers). I have not dealt with them over the phone but any email I have sent has been replied to within 24 hours.
