Our team is led by two Directors, David Ferguson, Managing Director, and Olivera Ferguson, Operations Director.
The team is comprised of Executive Managers, Strata Managers, Accounts and Administration.
When a situation presents itself, we can bring together the right team of people to assist with the running of your scheme – lawyers, accountants, building consultants, as well as service providers such as cleaners, plumbers, electricians, gardeners. No task is too small or too big.
With experience as a Secretary and Chairman of Owners Corporations for in excess of 15 years, and dealing with four strata management firms over that time, I can state unreservedly that Strata Plus is superior in terms of legislative, operational and financial advice and service delivery.
