David Ferguson is Managing Director of Strata Plus.

Olivera Ferguson

Olivera Ferguson is Operations Director of Strata Plus.

Joanne Boshell

Joanne Boshell (CPA) has been our Company Accountant since 2002. Prior to joining Strata Plus, Joanne had 15 years experience in accounting roles within investment and retail banking, such as Westpac and ABN Amro. Joanne’s team of three has a further 35 years of accounts experience between them. Joanne is renowned for being a straight shooter, super diligent and efficient.

Stuart Denney

Stuart Denney (BAppSc) manages a range of schemes from small to tiered structure managements with a particular interest in community associations. Prior to joining Strata Plus, Stuart was a business owner and has worked as a Financial Controller, General Manager, Events Manager and Research Officer. Stuart is a people person and best described as "the quiet achiever" in the company.

Luke Derwent

Luke Derwent (Completing BBA) is one of our senior Strata Managers and has over 6 years strata experience before joining Strata Plus in 2005 as a licensed manager. Luke is passionate about the strata legislation framework, heritage buildings, and has exposure to small and large strata schemes - including tiered structure managements.

Mahli Ebert

Mahli Ebert (DipGD) has worked in strata management since 2004 and manages a portfolio of both residential and commercial properties. Previously she worked as Executive Assistant in real estate, and as a Graphic Designer for a marketing company. Mahli is highly organised and people enjoy her cheerful disposition.

Marc Gibson

Marc Gibson (BBus) prior to joining Strata Plus worked for many years as a Senior Financial Services Adviser and Account Manager with a mid-tier Chartered Accounting firm. Marc provides a focused and truly professional service to our clients.

Andrew Ward

Andrew Ward (BA Geography, Urban & Regional Planning) has 12 years in the events industry as a technician, project and planning manager. His roles gave him exposure to OH&S, budgets, licence and permit lodgment, staff training, management and mentoring. Andrew brings to our clients great business acumen and knowledge.

Samantha Holloway

Samantha Holloway, a para Strata Manager with a Certificate of Registration, has 3 years experience in the strata industry. She was the recipient of the 2008 ISTM Clisdells Best Student Award. Samantha is known for her reliable, diligent and thorough approach.
