David Ferguson - Managing Director
David is experienced and fair, very approachable and client centred. I appreciate him as he operates within a strong ethical frame, yet still maintains shrewdness and business acumen. I imagine he would look at any problem presented and give objective and sound advice.
David Ferguson has been involved in strata management since 1995. He began Strata Plus in 2001 with co-founder, Phillippa Russell. David's background is in finance, accounting and workplace training. In 2008 David was President of the Institute of Strata Title Management and served for two years. Currently he is President of SCA (NSW) Board, and a Director of SCA (National) Board.
David is active on sub-committees of UDIA and SIWG, and a two year project with the Australian Research Council (City Futures) looking at strata and community living, City. David has also been involved in a consultation group for strata industry legislative reform since 2010.
As a leader David provides a range of solutions that demonstrates his understanding of what is important to the owners corporation, and balances this with the commercial aspect of the development. His primary concern is to be fair to the group's interests and look at this within the legislative framework or the effect it has on the owners corporation/community group.

Olivera Ferguson - Executive Director
Olivera Ferguson (BComm ANU, CPA, GAICD) is responsible for establishing the Strata Plus office, staff and operational procedures, formulation of company policies; and HR management, including recruitment, retention, education and training. Olivera became both a licensed strata manager and a Director of Strata Plus in 2008.
With a 12 year career in financial services before joining Strata Plus, Olivera worked as an internal auditor, Operations Manager (St George Margin Lending), and Assistant Vice President (State Street Pty Ltd). She has managed teams of up to 70 employees, and has worked on consulting projects in Australia and Singapore (ING). Olivera has been a member of CPA Australia for 20 years, and continues to be involved with Strata Community Australia in the topic of Trust Accounting.
Olivera has a drive and commitment to deliver an exceptionally high level of professionalism to all employees in terms of operational procedures and ongoing training and education. This ensures that all employees are well qualified, up to date, and in turn are able to deliver a quality service to each of our clients.

Bill Wawn - Director
Prior to joining the Board at Strata Plus, Bill had 20 years experience in the financial services, wealth management and property sectors, with a proven track record of successfully growing businesses, focusing on service and building sustainable, long-term relationships.
His previous roles include General Manager of Distribution Services at MLC, Executive Vice President at BT, Division Director for Macquarie Investment Management (MIML).
My role is to work closely with David and Olivera to continue the growth and success of the business, leveraging existing strengths as well as seeking new opportunities.
