Joanne Boshell

Joanne Boshell (CPA) is our Financial Controller and has been with us since 2002. Joanne has over 20 years experience in accounting roles within investment and retail banking, as well as strata management. Joanne has a team of five, including three qualified Accountants, which together bring a breadth and depth of experience to the business.

Justina Brock

Justina Brock (BBus) is a new recruit to Strata Plus, with previous experience in commercial properties as well as exclusive harbour-side residential blocks. Justina enjoys working in client focused roles, and is also involved with Sydney Children's Hospital and Children's Cancer Foundations. Justina is appreciated for her warm personality and caring manner.

Stuart Denney

Stuart Denney (BAppSc) is one of our senior Strata Managers, looking after a range of large residential schemes, building management committees, and community associations. Prior to joining Strata Plus in 2007, Stuart was a business owner, worked as a Financial Controller, General Manager, and Events Manager. Stuart continually receives 5 star service reviews from EC members, and is best described as "the quiet achiever" in the company.

Luke Derwent

Luke Derwent (Completing BBA, JP) joined Strata Plus in 2005 and is one of our senior Strata Managers. He has over 10 years experience in strata. Luke is passionate about the strata legislation framework, heritage buildings, and has exposure to small and large strata schemes - including tiered structure managements. Luke's breadth of knowledge and experience is a great asset to the team.

Mahli Ebert

Mahli Ebert (DipGD) is one of our senior Strata Managers and has worked in strata management since 2004. Mahli manages a portfolio of residential schemes, commercial properties, and building management committees, many of which are landmark Sydney properties. Previously she worked in real estate and marketing. Mahli is highly organised, likes multi-tasking and people enjoy her warm, cheerful disposition.

Eric Foust

Eric Foust is managing a diversified portfolio of small residential, industrial and commercial schemes. He has over 20 years of managerial experience, most recently as Facilities Manager and Director of Corporate Security, Billabong; and Senior Accounts Operations Manager LAX. Eric is appreciated by EC members for his enthusiasm, ability to listen and understand issues, and then respond quickly and professionally.

Samantha Holloway

Samantha Holloway, a para Strata Manager with a Certificate of Registration, has 3 years experience in the strata industry. She was the recipient of the 2008 ISTM Clisdells Best Student Award. Samantha is known for her reliable, diligent and thorough approach.

David Moore

David Moore (BBus) joined the Strata Plus team from Brisbane. David worked as a Body Corporate Manager for 4yrs, managing developments such as Southport Central, Circle on Cavill, Pacific Mirage, six of the Brisbane Wool Stores, and prestige inner city schemes around Brisbane. David enjoys contact with the variety of stakeholders in strata, and has an optimistic outlook.

Andrew Ward

Andrew Ward (BA) has been with Strata Plus since 2008. Andrew manages a range of residential, commercial, industrial properties and community associations across Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong. Previously he worked in the events industry. Andrew brings to our clients great business acumen, knowledge and empathy.
