Strata Plus provides a consistent high level of service to our building. The needs of the owners are met and the building is well maintained and runs efficiently. As an owner who does not live in the building I also appreciate their management of the budget and my realistic quarterly levy rates.

Given that the principal, David Ferguson, is president of the Institute of Strata Title Management, we feel that the property is now truly receiving the professional management it deserves.

David is Managing Director of his own strata company. He is experienced and fair, very approachable and client centred. I appreciate him as he operates within a strong ethical frame, yet still maintains shrewdness and business acumen. I imagine he would look at any problem presented and give objective and sound advice.
Stuart, I would like to express my appreciation for the assistance you have been providing to the BMC. Your prompt attention to everything has been great. I know I'll see you at the defects meeting next week but may forget to say thank you then so I'm doing it now. I just wanted to send to the boss a big thank you for appointing Stuart Denney as our representative. Since he started with our Strata, he has consistently provided correct and on time assistance at all times. We had an AGM recently and it was the first time we ever had a budget and levy advice that made sense and had some thought put into it. So we as the Strata cannot thank you enough for the assistance he has provided. As we are all busy people it is such a relief that we have in place a strata company and representative that actually provides great service. Looking forward to ongoing management by Strata Plus and Stuart.

...Perhaps the lack of contrary opinion stems from the unshakable, unflappable and complete trust we as a committee have in your judgment. As a committee, I believe it is our mandate to provide the best management at the most effective rate for your building. Having said that I must also add that the reason you guys are our Strata Managers is that we believe you are the best in the business. We as a committee are happy to be guided by you both in content and protocol. In the day to day matters which arise needing action we look to you for the best approach.
