To ensure you get the best value for your needs, our remuneration is based on agreed fees for services, rather than commissions on sales. In fact, we are limiting insurance commissions in all future agreements.

The Executive Committee is responsible for the day to day management of the property. We openly offer detailed reports on budgets, levies and exactly how your schemes monies are handled. The Executive Committee has access to historical records and minutes, and can check on any details of the property both past and present.
You will also be kept up to date on the progress of work being carried out on the property by contractors/tradespeople. Our goal is open and honest communication, and to minimise surprises.
