Strata Plus has been nothing but helpful since taking on the job of managing our building, and for once both and the EC and I feel that things are getting done. + Reliable, Diligent and Hard Working. The building is finally getting work done.

Strata Plus was highly recommended to us by several people who lived in buildings managed by them. We engaged the company several months ago. Our building, like many others, is old and has complex and ongoing problems. Our Manager from Strata Plus took all these issues on board in a very short space of time, and is methodically working through them with us. As a member of the EC, I have always found her to be highly responsive and quick to provide solutions and possible alternatives to our problems. All of this is done with courtesy, a great spirit of co-operation, and a ‘can do’ attitude. I find her service and that of her company to be exemplary.

We recently changed from Harvie Strata to Strata Plus and have found them great, we have lots of water issues and some other complicated legal matters and have found Strata Plus fabulous and the staff are lovely, they promptly return calls and follow up every time. Also their rates are very reasonable, I would have no hesitation in recommending them. + Staff are great !
