Strata can be challenging at times, and especially when it comes to maintenance and defects on a building. Since I’m a builder I understand strata and what you need is a good manager. Our manager Ray is fantastic he really understands the way a building need to be managed, especially since ours has remedial work.

David came out to tender for our building and really showed the caliber of their skills and understanding of the strata legislation. We changed to strata plus in 2015 and they have been great ever since. We have participated in their events and feel our owners are much more informed. Keep up the good work!
