Selecting the right strata service providers
It is essential that we partner with the right strata service providers for your strata property. The price of getting it wrong and unforseen problems is costly for all parties. At all times, our suppliers must comply with legislation which, among other things, includes obligation under Work Health and Safety (WHS), contractor safety compliance, licenses, trade certification, Workcover, public liability and professional indemnity insurance and trade monitors compliancy certificate.
The combination of these ensures that a supplier is compliant or not. All strata schemes are required by law to maintain the supporting documentation for each area of compliance for five years.
We only work with reputable and experienced contractors that are licensed and insured for the contracted work. We do not receive commissions or other commercial benefits from contractors engaged on behalf of a scheme.
