Failure to comply with building by-laws may result in your application being declined or conditions being imposed.

ENSURE YOU HAVE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION BEFORE STARTING: This may include permission from your landlord (if renting), vaccination certificates, pet registration, photos of your pet, and any other documentation specified in your building's by-laws.
A separate form must be submitted for each pet. This registration will be sent to your strata manager and, where required, reviewed by the Strata Committee for formal approval under the building's by-laws. You will receive written confirmation of the outcome.
Assistance animals do not require approval. This form simply records your pet’s registration. Only Assistance Animal proof is required.
