I just wanted to say how well managed we are with Maxine. She is very much across financials, strata protocols and meeting procedures. We are currently having some difficulties with a recent owner and she is handling these issues very professionally. At times it has been difficult for the body corporate to handle the criticisms, but her management expertise is helping through procedures, to minimise the tension and anxiety created with many owners.
