Report a Matter

Use this form to report non-urgent strata matters (e.g. maintenance, by-law concerns, noise). Please include your building name, lot/apartment number, and clear details of the issue. Where possible, upload photos to help us respond faster.

For urgent issues (e.g. leaks, safety hazards), call your strata manager or building manager. You can also log maintenance requests, or check and change your address details through our Owners Portal.

Note: you will receive a response to this form between Monday-Friday, 9am -5pm. For emergencies after hours, please see emergency contacts.
