Award-winning strata managers

Strata Plus has recently been announced as a finalist for Large Strata Community Management Business 2021 for SCA’s Awards of Excellence. Associate Director, Mahli Piggins, has also been announced as a finalist for Strata Community Manager of the Year 2021.

In 2019, Strata Plus was a finalist for the Large Strata Community Management Business Award, our strata manager, Lucy Thompson was a finalist for Strata Community Manager of the Year, and Strata Assistant, Christine Tomas was a finalist for the Support Team Member Award.

In October 2016, our Managing Director, David Ferguson, was awarded the President’s Award from Strata Community Australia (SCA) NSW for his contribution to the NSW strata sector.

In 2014, Strata Plus employees were awarded Strata Manager of the Year 2014 and Young Strata Manager of the Year and three of our owners corporations were finalists in the Community Engagement Award.

All our strata managers are SCA accredited, abide by SCA’s Code of Ethics, and undertake continuous professional development to maintain their accreditation. Accreditation is a reflection of a strata manager’s qualifications, experience and commitment to their progression in education.
