Award-winning strata managers

For the 2023 SCA awards, out of the 12 categories, our team won three:  Strata Community Environmental, Social and Community Impact Award, Strata Community Manager of the Year Award (Belinda Hawes, Oran Park office in south-western Sydney) and the Essay award for thought leadership to Mark Lever for his article on strata challenges in mixed tenure schemes. 

Strata + was also a finalist for the Large Strata Management Business of the Year Award, Senior Strata Manager of the Year Award (Maxine Wickey) and Essay Award (Susan Hancock).

In the 2022 SCA Awards of Excellence, Strata+ was a finalist for Large Strata Community Management Business. In October 2022 Strata+ co-owners were awarded Life Members in acknowledgement of their personal contributions.

In the 2021 SCA Awards of Excellence, Strata+ was a finalist for Large Strata Community Management Business, and our team was again recognised for the Strata Community Manager of the year.

In 2019, Strata Plus was a finalist for SCA’s Large Strata Community Management Business Award, our strata manager, Lucy Thompson was a finalist for Strata Community Manager of the Year, and Strata Assistant, Christine Tomas was a finalist for the Support Team Member Award.

In 2018 our Greater Sydney Manager, Lani Zaubzer was named SCA Strata Community Manager of the Year.

In July 2017 our team was again recognised winning the NSW Support Team Member Award and being a Finalist in the NSW Strata Community Manager Rising Star Award.

In October 2016, our Managing Director, David Ferguson, was awarded the President’s Award from Strata Community Australia (SCA) NSW for his contribution to the NSW strata sector.

Strata Plus received the Highly Commended Large Strata Business Award at the 2015 and 2014 Strata Community Australia NSW Awards.

In 2014, Strata Plus employees were awarded Strata Manager of the Year 2014 and Young Strata Manager of the Year and three of our owners corporations were finalists in the Community Engagement Award.
