Executive appointments - Liza Perera

The Strata Plus Group welcomes Liza Perera to the role of Chief Executive Officer.

The S+ Group was established in 2001, has six NSW offices, and looks after more than 28,000 strata and community owners.

Liza Perera has a long relationship with the strata sector spanning over 14 years with Macquarie Business Bank. Liza joined Macquarie initially in business development, with a background in private banking. In 2007 Liza was promoted to Associate Director where she led the NSW relationship team, and in 2018 she moved to a national role. With Macquarie, Liza honed her relationship skills and further developed her software and financial expertise.

Liza’s executive team includes Verica Mirkovic, People & Culture Manager.

Verica joined the Strata+ Group in August 2021 as a highly qualified practitioner with 15+ years of experience in all facets of HR, professional development, and talent management. She was looking for a client-centric organisation that has a fast-paced high-growth environment. Verica believes that knowledge management and ongoing innovation are key to organisational proficiency. She has initiated new programs and new systems to support the S+ team’s professional development and nurture the culture. Under her guidance, Strata+ registered their Reconciliation Action Plan earlier this year.

SCA NSW recently announced that the Company is again an SCA Awards finalist in the large business category, continuing the track record since entering after the end of David’s presidency of SCA NSW.
