Executive appointments - Liza Perera

The Strata Plus Group welcomes Liza Perera to the role of Chief Executive Officer.

The S+ Group was established in 2001, has six NSW offices, and looks after over 30,000 strata and community owners.

Liza Perera has a long relationship with the strata sector, spanning over 14 years with Macquarie Business Bank. Liza joined Macquarie initially in business development, with a background in private banking. In 2007, Liza was promoted to Associate Director, where she led the NSW relationship team, and in 2018, she moved to a national role. With Macquarie, Liza honed her relationship skills and developed her software and financial expertise.

Founders and owners David and Olivera Ferguson are exceptionally proud of the achievements of the current team and grateful to those who have contributed over the years, many of whom remain part of the S+ family.

The Strata+ Group is among NSW’s most significant remaining independent, privately-owned strata management businesses. The Strata+ brand represents ethics, transparency, innovation, and trust.

SCA NSW recently announced that the Company is again an SCA Awards finalist in the large business category, continuing the track record since entering after the end of David’s presidency of SCA NSW.

David and Olivera are excited about the next stage of Strata+ evolution under Liza’s influence. The S+ team of 60+ is genuinely pleased to have Liza as their new helm.
