UDIA Awards for Excellence 2015

Strata Plus was proud to present the prestigious award for the Best High Density Development in Australia to Frasers Property Australia and Sekisui House Australia (NSW) for One Central Park at the annual UDIA National Awards for Excellence held in Sydney in March 2015.

One Central Park was also recently named the Best Innovative Green Building at the 2015 global MIPIM Awards held in Cannes recently and in November last year, One Central Park was also awarded the Best Tall Building in the World by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH).

Strata Plus managing director David Ferguson presented the award and said “Australia is leading the way in innovation and technology in the property sector. We are proud to be able to present this award to recognise the outstanding achievement made by the team for One Central Park”.
