SCA Awards for Excellence 2022

Strata+ is thrilled to share that we are NSW finalists in the 2022 SCA Awards for Excellence, for Large Strata Community Business.

In our 21^st year Strata+ is proud to be among the largest remaining independent, privately-owned strata management businesses in NSW.

We chose not to enter these awards for several years when our Managing Director was President of SCA NSW. Since then, we have regularly participated in a number of award categories and Strata+ continues to be recognised for its contribution to our sector.

The awards provide a way of recognising and celebrating the S+ uncompromising focus on

• our core values as professional and trusted advisers to and advocates for our clients
• extensive investment in and commitment to individual professional development
• using a software platform to deliver a one-stop service that is continually enhanced for a better experience.

We are also passionate about supporting our committee members with relevant and timely email updates and are reassured by the exceptionally high open and click-through rates that reflect reader value.

Our commitment to sector professionalism is embodied in our continuous volunteering to SCA and our support of OCN.
