2023 SCA Strata Awards Finalist

We are thrilled to announce that Strata Plus has been nominated as a finalist for the prestigious 2023 SCA Large Strata Community Management Business Award. This recognition is a testament to our unwavering dedication to providing exceptional services to our clients and continuously striving for excellence in the strata industry.

But the recognition doesn’t stop there! We are also honoured to be nominated for the Strata Community Environmental, Social and Community Impact Award, highlighting our commitment to reconciliation and positively impacting the communities we serve.

Individual awards

On an individual level, we are delighted to share that our own Maxine Wickey has been named a finalist for the Senior Strata Community Manager Award, and Belinda Hawes has been recognised as a finalist for the Strata Community Manager Award. Their exceptional expertise and dedication to our clients and communities have truly set them apart.

Furthermore, we are thrilled to have two of our team members, Mark Lever and Susan Hancock, selected as finalists for the Essay Award. Recognising their thought-provoking contributions to the strata industry.

We want to congratulate the entire Strata Plus team for their hard work, professionalism, and commitment to delivering outstanding results. These nominations reflect our collective efforts and passion for excellence.

Update

It was a big night for Strata Plus at the NSW 2023 SCA strata awards event with around 700 strata professionals turning up for the celebration.

We are proud to announced, that out of the 12 categories, our team won three:

• Strata Community Environmental, Social and Community Impact Award for our commitment to reconciliation and positive impact on the communities we serve.
• Strata Community Manager of the Year Award to Belinda Hawes for her outstanding client service at our Oran Park office in south-western Sydney
• Essay award for thought leadership to Mark Lever for his article on strata challenges in mixed tenure schemes.

We were also finalists in Large Strata Management Business of the Year, Senior Strata Manager of the Year (Maxine Wickey) and another finalist for the Essay Award (Susan Hancock).

Congratulations to all the winners, taking the strata sector from strength to strength.
