We’re proud to share that Strata Plus has been named a finalist across five major categories in the 2025 SCA (NSW) Strata Community Awards, including Large Strata Community Management Business of the Year and the Environmental, Social & Community Impact Award. These nominations are a reflection of our values, our people, and our purpose—nearly 25 years since our founding.
This recognition is not only a celebration of individual excellence, but also a testament to the depth of our team and the enduring strength of our client relationships across NSW.

Business Recognition
Large Strata Community Management Business of the Year Finalist
As a company now approaching its 25th year, we’re honoured to be recognised in this category. From our beginnings as a single-office operation to our current network across NSW, our goal has remained the same: to provide proactive, transparent, and ethical strata management that puts people and property first.
Our scale has enabled us to invest in service improvements, digital innovation, leadership training, and comprehensive compliance systems—without ever compromising the local, personalised service that defines our approach.
Environmental, Social & Community Impact Award Finalist
This nomination highlights our long-standing commitment to responsible business practices and positive social impact. Whether through our ESG-aligned supplier processes, our Reconciliation Action Plan, or our no-commission insurance model, we continue to lead with purpose and act with integrity across all aspects of our business. We have won this award category for the last two years, and hope to bring home the title again.
We are especially proud of the work we do in supporting owners and committees to navigate EV-readiness, sustainability upgrades, and inclusive community practices within their buildings.
As we prepare to celebrate 25 years in operation, these nominations remind us that great service is never static—it grows through the actions of our people, the feedback of our clients, and the standards we set for ourselves.
We thank SCA (NSW) for this recognition and extend our congratulations to all other finalists. We look forward to the awards night at the end of July.
And most importantly, thank you to our team, our clients, and our partners for continuing to place your trust in Strata Plus.
